Developments on actuator management, plasma state reconstruction, and control on ASDEX Upgrade

In present day tokamaks, the role of control research is to support physics experiments and prepare technologies for future devices such as ITER DEMO. This paper presents developments done under MST1 program collaboration on ASDEX Upgrade in area actuator management, plasma density reconstruction, feedback electron temperature. interface was unified neutral beams gyrotrons, which enables freely group these actuators bigger objects, so called virtual actuators. state a significant progress made real time estimation discharges with ion cyclotron heating. enabled execution requiring temperature heating, are reported well. Other applications fusion power emulation using heating not described detail, but list relevant references given.
